Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to add international shipping as we grow.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces take an additional 3 to 5 business days to produce before they ship.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after it ships. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Weather and peak season can add time.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, please check with neighbours and around your building first, as it usually turns up. If it has not appeared within 48 hours, email us at juniperandtails@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.

We are not able to replace packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, so please double check yours before ordering.

Address changes

Email us right away if you catch a mistake. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it.
