Agreement

By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and the information you provide must be accurate and complete.

Products

We work hard to show colours and materials accurately, but screens vary and natural materials vary. Slight variation in grain, weave, and colour is a characteristic of handmade and natural goods rather than a defect.

We may change or discontinue products at any time, and we may limit quantities.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Personalization

You are responsible for the spelling and content you submit for personalized items. We produce exactly what you approve. We will not produce anything offensive, unlawful, or infringing someone else's rights, and we will refund you if we decline an order on those grounds.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including text, photographs, designs, and the Juniper and Tails name and marks, belongs to us and is protected by law. Please do not use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juniper and Tails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
